I been finding it alot of things that you wouldnt think you would lately. Lots of light assembly have stranded aluminum wire in them for cars.
I not disagreeing that it's an extremely bad idea. However, aluminum is a lot cheaper then copper and its creeping into a pile of things that it should not be in.
I will verify if it's the new cars. I thought my one buddy ran into it.
