2000 4RUNNER Fog lights not working

Hello
I recently installed retrofit headlights and got everything working. Before I installed these only one of my parking lights and fog lights worked. Now none of my fog lights or parking lights work. Relay clicks and fuses are good but none of lights come on. Trying to figure out whats wrong if anyone knows help would be appreciated. My headlights low beam and high beams both are working.

What does the test light show? Power needs to be traced from source to target. There is a disconnect somewhere along the way.

This sounds like a ground issue.

Agree with above.
I would think that if replacing a headlight and all of a sudden other lights don't work, but the new headlight does....something went wrong elsewhwere...disconnected...blown fuse, etc. But headlights are plug and play, cant screw that up much.

Also the 2000 have DRLs controlled by a relay type box next to the battery. However those can not effect the fogs or running lights. I disconnected mine...just unplugged...no other changes....and all my lights, including fogs were not effected. ( Side note, if you don't want your DRL anymore...plenty of write ups on that, but they change how over the years, so look for your year) When I need DRL I just turn on my parking lights ( that have bright LED's in them) or turn on the headlights
