What not to spray fluid film on.

Looks like @sleepydad has access to good frames. Those dont exist unless in the rust belt except the ones that were taken care of.

and I'm going to have a decent spare frame off a 98 from UT here this summer. I guess maybe I will have to hold onto it? frames are really not that hard to find once you start looking. this one came from CA and only spent a couple of winters in MN before the knuckle head owner rekt the top of the truck. frame was still nice and straight. salvage dudes banged it up a bit but they stripped it down for me. honestly it only took me a couple of months of looking to find a decent frame without 50 miles.

this is what it looked like when I got it.

What not to spray fluid film on.

this was prob the worst rust on it.

What not to spray fluid film on.

you totally need a fresh frame my man.

Well I can rebuild the frames and I have gotten quite good at it and that was my attention. It was all about working with rusted rotted steel to improve my skills. I also developed methods so that people can fix their frames in sections. Thus any DIY could rebuild their frames if they wanted to.

Its just around here the 3rd gens are just about all gone. Rotted up and junked or parted out. I know other areas of the country arent like this. I also know folks dragging non rusted ones up here better do some serious rust proofing or they new rides or frames would be rotted out.
