It seems to be coming from the power steering/ A/C condenser area, is there any way to determine whether or not the pulleys are bad?

Only way I know to check the bearings would be to take your belts off and give the pulleys a spin. If it turns over rough or makes a bit of a noise that's your culprit. Make sure you spin the bearing all the way

The dunes got boring because I couldn't jump. I'm not the type to enjoy someone else's vehicle. So i'm in the process of making making the dunes no longer boring. I guess that involves jumping.... A lot.
