Chasing P0171

I bought a Cali vehicle and immediately replaced the upstream O2 sensor back in October of '18. The truck ran fine until June, then threw another CEL (I forget the code), resulting in the replacement of a couple faulty fuel injectors in August of '19. Immediately after I did that work, I've been getting a P0171.

I've cleaned the MAF and reset the logged code. It returned after a 10 mile drive.

I finally replaced the MAF sensor last week with a Denso unit. Error stayed away for 4 days this time.

I have not replaced any of the hoses. Could this be the issue, and are there any other potential causes for this error?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

0171 is an air intake leak, usually the rubber components between the maf and intake. I replaced this....

Thanks for the suggestion, jgue467. I'll inspect that hose.
