When my 4R is cold, and I turn the wheel at idle, or just off idle, it feels like it has a stutter.
Belt seems tight, so, could it be the screen in the bottom is clogged? If so, would it hurt anything to use a vacuum to remove the liquid and maybe suck up some of the crud?
