Bruddah, da yards have to get back to u on the vc?! That's strange.
I forget how much moolahs the yards charge up dea for it. Don't know if might b worth it but leme know if i can help out. Ups/usps might deal breakah with cost though, cannot get away wit da paradise tax.
I remembah ordering innah fendahs for my Chevelle. $150 for the 2 parts, $150 to ship. Da business was laughing at the shipping cost wen they quoted me. But I told them no businesses in oahu had dem, and I needed it.
And I agree, usps, fedex, ups dea must play games wit the packages cause even my stuff wen I was dea was cabbage.

Get a yard in sand island that has all the parts ready to go. Guy just double checks to make sure they have in stock and figure out a price. They never have and the yard down the road wanted to sell motor whole. Needed to finish and never like put um back together to pull apart and redo later. Paid Servco paradise tax $438 for brand new valve cover. Thanks for the offer though appreciate it 🤙🏽

I can see Servco Toyota is still soaking their customers at $438 for the valve cover?!! List for that part is only $331.
In all honesty though, because of Matrix pricing (that's what stealerships call it here), that's what it will go for around here too. I ask for some help with the prices and the parts guy quoted and sold it to me for list price.
Toyota parts guys laughs when I ask, I think matrix pricing is commission for the parts guys.
Good to see locals chiming in,

Tried adding Sonoran steel rear sway brackets today to keep the bar from contacting my locker. With my lift it put the bar too close to gas tank so I put it back in stock location for now.
Cleaned blower fan motor.
Replaced some cracking vacuum hose.
Messed around with rear dif lock while it was in the air. Could not get it to lock. Will have to troubleshoot more later.
Anyone know what this thing in the glovebox next to the light is?
