JBA off-road

I have decided to go with the JBA UCAs on my 97 limited when I install my lift next week. Does anyone have a promo code for them?

Why JBA? SPC's are run by a lot of us with lifted rigs and larger tires. They help in moving the wheel forward to clear the rear pinch weld.

If you’re shopping based on coupons then modifying vehicles probably isn’t your game.

JBA off-road

JBA are cheaper without a coupon. JBA doesn’t do sales. JBA arms are fixed high castor arms. If you get the JBA you won’t be disappointed and they are beefier than SPC. You can move the tires forward a lot without aftermarket UCAs if you get a good alignment tech. The pinch weld thing is an issue regardless once you go past 32” for the most part.

I’m actually putting some on tomorrow along with some other parts .

Even with a code they aren’t cheaper than JBA. I’ve tried.

Might not be the OP's reason, but the SPC's are Chinese, so that's a big no no for me. Plus there is an ongoing argument that they are cast vs forged. People have had them fail before, where is I've never seen the other ones fail.

I had JBA's before on a taco and the quality was excellent, if that matters.

One call to JBA and you will have answered all your questions. You will probably be talking to the owner of the company, not some sales person. I have nothing but GOOD to say about JBA.

When's he last time you heard of SPC's failing? They had an issue ten years ago that's been corrected.

I've got more wheeling miles on mine then most guys ever will and they are still rock solid. I've had spare UBJ's and bushings for them for over a year and have yet to need to install them. In that time I chewed through 2 sets of OEM LBJ's.

I don't think there's anything wrong with JBA. I just think SPC's are a much better arm for our lifted rigs.

One positive of the JBA's over SPC is ball joint availability... They are an 'off the shelf' fit ball joint from (I think) a 3/4 ton Chevy IFS? (the JBA ball joints are upgrades to the off the shelf ones, just that off the shelf ones also fit)
