Part Number Help?
Hello, I’m looking for a part number for some air box bolts. There are two total. One attaches to the passenger front wheel well and the near the passenger headlight. They have a rubber bushing and a weird type lock that go on top of them. I’m hoping that are not part of the air box themself.
I broken one while taking the air box out and it’s stick in the wheel well.
This is for a 96 4Runner. Thanks in advance for your help.

Bolt looks like this. Notice the washer. Also has a rubber bushing but that could be part of the air box?

You'll have to pry up the two tabs to release the bolt and washer. The rubber bushing is part of the airbox.

Do you know if all three bolts for the air box are the same? There is a third bolt that attaches near the radiator. Or is that a different one?

I think the three bolts are all the same.

Toyota listed their part numbers and diagrams online recently. See the other diagrams also on this page for the other part numbers you are looking for.

I had this happen on the 1995 I had and I think it was an M12x1.25 bolt. If so, you can just go to Advance Auto or any auto parts store and go to the help section. Dorman has small bolt and nut packs for less than $4-5 each. I just used a flange head bolt sized correctly. I have a thread gauge set for SAE and Metric on a steel wire. I got that from Amazon. Cost more than I wanted, but it has been a big help over the years.
