Do you have a manual? If so, I just did mine, I could try to help if you needed it!

Not much of a sick mod, but was going to change my auto shifter bushings and replace a broken motorized antenna with the taco whip and non motorized assembly (taco whip mod), beginning of April or so depending on work.
I have play in my shifter so much so, my wife always thinks shes in Reverse when shes actually in Neutral 🙄. My radio hasn't worked well since purchase, but I would always bluetooth to my phone for music. Now im starting to miss certain radio stations. These weren't on my priority list, so I've been pushing them back since I'm so used to it. You can work and video it, if it's something you're interested in and would help others.
Only downfall is I wont be available until April because of work. No shelter in place for me. Plus my truck is dirty and paints faded with scratches! Not really a looker.
Offroad my doors come off, so you can only imagine.

Hey Sean,
Yeah, I'm interested. If we haven't shot either of these videos by August, hit me up.

Yeah, the P0420 is pretty common. I've gotten this one on road trips several times but it never stays as a constant problem. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hmmm, I haven't heard that this is a problem. Are yours constantly working themselves loose?

I wish I had something cool to document. All I need to do is change front power lock actuator, fix the rear window (seems to have come off track or something), and swap rear license plate bezel

How about a video of fixing the rear dome light switch, which is in the liftgate? Those often seem to die on our rigs due to dirt and age, and then (aside from not having a working rear dome light) you can get auto-locked out when you close the liftgate.
I recently took mine apart to clean it, and it would have been nice to have a good video showing the steps.

How about a video on adding an onboard air compressor and storage tank, or possibly adding an aux battery with 120VAC inverter? These are 2 projects that I intend on doing in the next year or so.

Both solid ideas for videos. Thanks!

I reckon we could do this. We would need somebody that's having an issue with theirs to do the video though.

Tim, you know this from our recent email, but I'm in the process of installing air bags within the rear springs. Jacked-up now, wheels off, awaiting the UPS truck... Would be a short a video, but I sense there would be some interest in the topic.

Let's shoot it, provided my contaminated self is welcomed into the Tony compound.

Dude, the dinner bell saved this video.
Got the driver side airbag inserted into that spring simply with some dish soap when my wife called me up to eat!
That's all I did, besides having my 4Runner is this state and cutting-down the jounce bumps as somewhat seen in the photo above...
If you're ok with that, you are welcome here of course. Light rain the rest of the week. Let's coordinate over email or text...
