Even Beemers contemporary to the 4Runner had a higher key-off drain than our 4Runners (basically keyless entry, clock, alarm, and audio system.) Ours will run max 50 mA usually less, a BMWwith Nav and other geegaws can be double that. More than 100 mA, run the parasitic tests.
BTW, never leave a spare fob/key on a button start car or chip disable car IN the car or on a nail nearby. It will never go to sleep if it can see the fob/key.
