Subarus are like Legos - you do have to expect you will be taking them apart and putting them back together. But it is VERY easy if you know what you are doing.

PS. The US-made Subarus do seem to leak oil a lot. The Japanese produced ones are much better in this regard.

Well that's you and three friends Charlie LOL. If I had three friends helping me with spark plugs it woulda taken 10 minutes I guess I am doing something wrong, wheres my buddies at?! Haha subarus are junk. They are maintenance queens. Notice how everyone has mentioned head gaskets haha any manufacturer known for blowing a head gasket so reliably in 2020 needs to close shop. (However the WRX is a bad mother offer). Head gaskets and subarus go together like motorcycles and riders. As long as you own a bike it ain't if you're gonna put it down but when. Same thing with a subi. Ain't about if you're gonna blow a head gasket it's when LOL. I joke around too much for text to relay it
EDIT: Okay, okay. I'll admit I had a lot of beer drinking time in those 5 hours. Sometimes you gotta get away from the old lady and let her know her car is a pain in the ass to work on Haha
