Front pass window woes

Hello all,
99 limited front pass. Window is acting strange, it rolls up n down with the key in the on position (not in one touch mode only rolls down 1/2 way) from both drivers and pass side switch. When the truck is running the window will not operate just a clicking from internal door.
I have performed all the reprogramming procedures I have searched.
I did have to replace the battery in the last week?
Any one encounter this problem, any ideas?

Thanks,

I've had to clean the driver's switch before. It does get pretty dirty and the contacts stop working as they should. If that doesn't do it replace with a used unit from a junkyard or off Ebay.

Took the drivers and pass. Switches out and apart to clean them, the ones on a limited look nothing like what I found on the net, these look to be all IC not much to clean but did clean what I could, still acts the same. It seems when power is removed from the switch it works with the key in the on position ( but still not in 1 touch mode, when ya start the truck it doesn’t work? At first it just clicks and the window kinda ratchets down a couple mm at a time. Then eventually stops working.
When it does work the motor seems strong it pushes the window up n down with ease, very smooth.
Could this be a BCM issue? A switch issue?
