Supercharged 2000 E-Locker in SF
I think there might be more to this ad, but an extremely clean, custom 2000 4Runner with E-locker, supercharger, 5.29 gears, painted front and rear bumpers, and more. Only asking $6500 and if advertised, an absolute steal.
If the battery were just dead though, he could charge it. I'm guessing it needs some engine work but still a good deal even if it does.

If it seems too good to be true...
Even with the noted 'dead battery' and rebuild needed on the supercharger + CEL, this price seems too low for it not to have sold already.

If it was closer to be I’d be tempted to buy it just to swap all the parts into my rusty 97 lol
Needs a battery is a secret code meaning you can’t start it to hear the rod knock and read the 20 codes stored in the system

I am curious about the “jet” MAF myself.
You always have to err on the side of caution when there is a massively built rig and the owner hasn’t invested a little coin in something as simple as a battery charger or the like.

Something's fishy with the "dead battery" part lol.
If the motor is indeed OK, it's well worth his asking. Heck, it could be parted out with a bad engine and 6500 could be recovered from the parts alone on it

This truck is in my neck of the woods and I've been stalking it but haven't made contact for this very reason...

The supercharger used (even with needing a rebuild) is worth $2000. The 5.29 regear costs $1000. The bumper, paint matched is worth at least $600. Retrofit headlights (if done right) worth about $300. It has an e-locker and center locking diff, that's worth around $500. The wheels are worth around $600. So even if the engine is dead, that's $5000 worth of parts that you could take off and either sell or take off. I don't have any need or want for them or I would have already bought this one lol.

This is the runner on YouTube:

I actually stalked it too lol. It sold Monday night back to the previous owner, Vikktor. I believe from Sacramento, where I’m located too. Nice build nonetheless.

love the white color. I've always been a fan of this white but they are rare!
