New wheels and tires couple questions

My 02 sr5 has 16’’ wheels need to replace tie rod ends and tires. I picked up a new set of 17’ wheels off a guy from a 2018 4runner. . Looked it up and calls for 265/70-17 and wondering what can i expect as far as ride, gas mileage and speedo? Also wondering about any other size options , can I go to 65’s on this rim. Thanks for letting me know.

I just installed the 5th gen snowflake wheels with a set of 265-70-17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Love the look!

Those are the ones I have. Looks great, is this on stock suspension ? Any clearance issues ? Tell me how it handles, affects mph and speedometer please.

stock 99 4WD suspension. recently replaced the front struts but am running the OEM coils at all four corners. no clearance issues whatsoever.

I was running E-rated BFG KO2s prior to this and these are a huge improvement in ride quality and wet handling. the KO2s rode really rough on the pavement and these are much more forgiving. No noticeable issues with acceleration. I'm sure there is a speedo effect, but i havent bothered to calculate it. there are conversation calculators online that can help with that.

I got those rims for 160 the other day. Waiting to slap some rubber on and roll in style! I'm also wondering if the 265 70 17 for stock suspension. I have 97 2wd limited.

got mine for $200 new from a good friend when he swapped out for some trd rims. Those Falkens look good especially for the price. Years ago I had bulky loud BF Goodrich A/T on my pickup but this runner always has Michelins since it's mostly a road car and when it do snow they do fine. For the price might head to Wally world and give these a try, will report back. Thanks
