Radio and power mirrors

My 97 4 runner sat for 2 cold months January and February, I recently went to start up and nothing. I charged the battery, started her right up. Now my radio and power mirrors do not work. I took a quick look at the fuses, they seem to be ok. Is there a relay the two of these run off?

Quick looks at fuses are not sufficient. The fuse you need to check is the 15A ACC fuse in the left lower dash compartment. It will be the middle column, top most fuse. Check both sides with a test light, or pull it out and check it with an ohmmeter. You CANNOT tell if its good just by looking at it. If that fuse is good, we can check other things, start there for now and let us know!

Now my alarm is acting funny. I can't activate or disable from key fob. Could it be a weak battery in key fob . .?its a factory alarm

I'm not well versed on the factory alarm, but I'd certainly check the battery, or another remote if you have one.

I have replaced the fuse box, fuses and had it checked from mirror to fuse box for continuity. All check out but still the mirrors do not move. Any help? both mirrors
