It's usually the bleed screw taper being damaged from overtightening, but since you have already replaced it there might indeed be a seat issue. I've been able to see into the seat with a flashlight when I've had this issue - I had a Porsche caliper half that was mis-manufactured (drilled off-center) once - had to replace the caliper half to correct it.
Where did you get the calipers?
