This chart, unless it is overly-simplified, makes me think I can use my (acorn style?) lug nuts putting 2020 TRD Offroad wheels on my 1999 Limited, and that everything else is the same. Anyone know definitively?
5th gen and the 3rd Gen lugs are identical. sorry about holding my tablet upside down but I put the lugs back on so it will have to do. Hope it helps.

I had my radio antenna ripped off in a car wash, now every time I turn on or off the car the motor to raise the antenna (which is no longer there) runs for about 25 seconds. Is there a fuse I can pull to stop that from happening?

That same car wash also ripped my 4Runner emblem off the back of the truck. I recovered the actual emblem from the car wash, the emblem got split in half and I'm trying to figure out the best way to stick that thing back on. Is there a good product for reattaching emblems to the paint?

There isn't a fuse which is isolated to only controlling the antenna motor. The best thing I can think of is disconnecting the power cable which is one of the plugs on the back of the radio.

That sounds like a possible solution. I've also heard you can unplug the motor itself by going into the fender but there's a bunch of those black one-time-use clips to get through so I don't know if there's a trick to working with those or not.

Mine stopped working - about a month after I bought the truck. After reading that it was a common problem here on this forum, I watched it each time and I watched it die. My poor motor cycled 23-25 times trying to extend the antenna and continued to do so after I pulled the antenna out with a yank. Long story short - I went through the rear of the fender / door jamb and unclipped the motor's power connector and left everything zip tied up in there. I undid those fender liner clips to get at a couple of fender bolts (the whole fender needn't come off, of course) and there were 2-3 in the door jamb/hinge area. It's not bad. I had a box of like 200 clips/fasteners I got off Amazon - google them, they are super cheap and come with an extraction tool. Like this: Amazon.com: GOOACC 240PCS Bumper Retainer Clips Car Plastic Rivets Fasteners Push Retainer Kit Most Popular Sizes Auto Push Pin Rivets Set -Door Trim Panel Fender Clips for GM Ford Toyota Honda Chrysler: Automotive There are better kits, I wasn't real picky.
I even used one to plug the hole in the collar where the antenna was. Getting to the back of the radio looked like more work to me and I read that the faux wood plastic on the Limited is easily damaged.

Lookin to lift my third gen i know there is endless options but I'm curious if anyone has used a monroe quick strut for a 1st gen tundra on the front of the 3rd gen? Will it lift it 2 inches or so or does a guy have to get a actual oem tundra coil with a bilstein 5100. Tight budget

Iím getting ready to replace my inner and outer tie rod ends. I know that the outer tie rod ends are different and specific to each side, but are the inner tie rod ends the same? Like i can just order two of the same inner tie rods and they can go on either side? Thanks to anyone that can answer this.

Wish I could start a new thread for this but I'm a new member so I'll try to keep it short here. Getting code P0136 after getting a new front cat and rear O2 sensor. Long story short, had to get a new catalytic converter after getting P0420, replaced the O2 sensor as well, then was getting P0171 which is system too lean, turned out to be old crusty vacuum lines but before it got fixed we guess the engine was dumping unburnt gas into the new cat, which had to be replaced again (under warranty, thankfully!). Now getting this O2 sensor code. Is the O2 sensor fried too?

Hate to start a new thread for such a simple question:

If I am swapping rear axles (which entails removing rear brake line fittings), am I OK to just bleed the rear brakes when I re-assemble?

Or do I have to bleed all 4 corners

You can bleed just the rears as long as the master didn't go empty. I use silicon plugs to cap the brake lines off whenever I have to remove brake lines. Amazon.com: 40 Pc 1/16" to 3/4" High Temp Silicone Rubber Tapered Plug Kit - Powder Coating Custom Painting Supplies: Automotive

Guys, I'd like to start a new thread but unable currently.

I am aware that my valve covers are leaking. They have been for about the past month, but I've never seen oil under the truck to this degree. I plan to repair the valve cover gaskets and all the associated parts first. But is it normal for this amount of oil from a VCG leak?

I first noticed it on my skid plate. I have taken some photos. But can anyone give some input what might be the common causes for this?

Yes, it's possible that all of that is from your valve covers, over an extended period of time leaking. It's rare that these oil pans leak, so Im betting that once you do your VCGs and clean everything up well, you'll notice that it stays clean under there. Start with the VCGs
