LCA Poly Bushing Video - Is This Normal?

Chasing down a clunk/pop after lift install and suspension maintenance.

Wondering if this is normal? How much play is too much play??
How can it possibly maintain alignment?

YouTube

Thanks.

When you tighten the bolts that steel center sleeve is smashed between the 2 washers and the frame parts holding the sleeve in place. The sleeve doesn’t so much position off the cams shaft.

But a snugger fit would be nice just for piece of mind.

I just put in the white line bushings on mine. The alignment shop had no issues getting it aligned.
They have a very similar setup, but the center sleeve is 3x or so that thick and the cam fit is good.

Having been exposed to white line and Energy I like the white line setup better.
But the bushing material is quite thin so I can’t imagine it provides much cushion. But I can’t tell the ride difference, so theres that.

I’ve also heard black poly may contain graphite where as red may not. Scuttlebutt but there might be something to it.

The cam bolts/sleeves fit much tighter than that in my white line bushings.
