Heck, even *I* haven't done it! Actually, I plan on changing it over so they can be on with the parking lights - that way they will auto-turn-off with the driver's door like the stock headlights but can remain on when the high beams are flipped on.
My main off road lights (not my DOT legal Rigid fogs) are on constant power feed. You have to be very careful to turn them off, especially if you happen to turn them on during the day for some reason.
