It looks like a standard micro-Bosch relay:
Now, as to the pin numbers in a specific relay application, there is no law mandating that Toyota number them the same way in every application. So, to be certain, I would need the vehicle spec and the exact circuit use the relay is in.
For example, that p/n is used as the EFI relay on a 2000 V6 4Runner, and the pin-out for that application is shown at the bottom of page 22 of the attached. That is the official pin-out for that application in that vehicle. (Note: In this relay, the center pin of the three pin row 87a (normally closed) is not present.) Hope this helps. If you are using a Toyota EWD, just refer to the section Location of Relays in the same EWD manual.
