New to me 97 sr5 iac issues. Help?

Bought my 97 sr5 2wd and it had a slightly low idle

Figured I'd clean iac...

While in there I found the solenoid still plugged in but removed from valve zip tied out of the way.

Cleaned everything up, tb and iac (separated them and cleaned) and the idle is at 1300ish in park. About 800 when in drive with brake on.

No cel, no other issues just the idle. Has anyone had much luck with an other than Toyota iac? Toyota wants 325 for new iac and solenoid. Plus gaskets.

Could just the solenoid be bad?

Thank you

Did you allow the engine to come to working temperature?
Did you connect the hoses correctly? A vacuum leak can do like what you said. There are two capped vacuum lines on top of the TB.
Is any of the cables coming into the TB is tight? Any dirt trapped at the butterfly valve?
Add a drop of oil to the butterfly valve axle
IS the gasket leaking?

Thank you going to use propane and see if there's a leak. I'll double check cables but pretty sure there some slack.
I'll report back

Brake cleaner and carb cleaner will do the same thing and the fan won’t dissipate the gas

Things done so far...

Reset
Pull EFI fuse 1hr
Clean tb
Clean iac
Check for vac leak
Scan for codes. There was 0100 0110 0120
I cleared them they're gone now, think it was from when I cleaned parts
drove it for about 25 mins

After resetting EFI the idle went to around 1100 in park.

I'm thinking if doing fuel filter next.

Also read that trans fluid change could help. Dropping pan change filter and top off fluid may help?

I'm confused as to what's the problem. My 4runner idles exactly the same - ~1100 on cold starts or after resetting the EFI, which will also dip to ~800ish once in drive. Once the engine is warm you should be idling around 600-800 constantly - does it not?
Just replaced my IAC not long ago. $50 from carparts.

I don’t know about the manual trans but for the automatic it should idle at 750 in park and 600 in drive or reverse.
