Oil around spark plug

When I was changing the spark plugs on my 1996 T4R, I noticed that one of them had motor oil on the OUTSIDE of it. Because of the deep hole that the plug goes into, I could not see from where the oil is coming. What does that indicate ?
Thank you

Spark plug seals in the valve cover. Time to do a valve cover job on your truck. Check out this video that Tim and Sean did, it will have all of the information you need.
