Swapped spare passenger seat leather over to drivers side.
My drivers seat seeing 21 years and nearly 400K of ass was showing some serious wear, torn and foam trashed.
I have manual seats, which I prefer. I was holding a nice passenger side electric seat from a former 3rd gen I scrapped, I also held on to the drivers side.
So I put in the trashed drivers side electric one so I could still drive it while manual drivers seat was at the upholstery shop getting the leather and foam swapped.
So my spare good condition electric passenger upper and lower seat leathers and foam was swapped over to my manual drivers seat. The plastic seat upholstery cheater material on the outer edge that cracks over time as you slide in and out of your rig, I had them sew in matching leather so it would last longer. Came out nice, cost me $500.
