We just replaced the carpet with a new molded carpet kit in our 99 a few weeks ago. It helps that we were gutting it anyway so we took the opportunity to add some sound dampening mat and its night and day difference. The carpet went in pretty easy as long as you took your time, minded the bolt and trim locations, and test fit twice/cut once. I'd estimate it's a five day job if you keep it organized.
