Total chaos uca with 3.5 BS wheels help

Ive been looking into the scs f5 with the 3.5 backspacing paired with some 285/75/16. I know I shouldn’t have any clearance issues if I run the spc uca but I was wondering what kind of work will I be looking at if I go with total chaos uca instead. Just a pinch weld fold or more? Sitting on king 2.5” lift btw

Thats not that big of a tire. I have 285/70/17 with 1 inch body lift and stock 99 talls, stock control arms, aftermarket wheels with stock back spacing and offset. Had to just trim the small part of fender liner at the pinch weld and bang it in a bit. I have a plate front bumper. I was actually driving it a while before I trimmed anything. On passenger side it just rubs the frame a bit on full lock. But I'll be switching out my wheels anyway, not a fan of them, and I can get some that poke out a bit more.
