I want this bumper I spend more than one hour trying to find out who makes it? I need help thank you in advance.

Looks like a 80 series deltavs off road bumper retrofitted to 3rd gen.

I think that's a heavily modified ARB bumper.

Bumper
that is in fact an ARB bumper. It was done by a member on here by the name of Blcktpgsr. He also has a photobucket that you can view showing a lot of the modifications.

Be ware there a lot of very cool mods done to his 4 runner.but defenitly worth the read
