Roof rack mounting feet that match roof contour?

I'm looking for roof rack mounting feet that match the angled contour of the roof. Anyone know of any options?

I removed the factory roof rails and replaced them with strut channel the full length of the roof, then added strut channel crossbars and am using Smittybilt AM-12 Mounting Bracket. I plan to replace the (steel) strut channel with aluminum t-slot profiles from 80/20 for the roof rails, and replace the crossbars with a custom t-slot roof rack jobber. But my issue is that directly mounting the tracks to the roof means the tracks are canted outward and not level like the OEM rails. And while the Smittybilt feet are hinged to compensate for that canted angle, they squeak and rattle and shimmy. A lot. So...

TLDR: because I removed OEM roof rails I am looking for a set of roof rack mounting feet that match the canted angle of the roof (and that hopefully aren't too expensive).

Here is a pic of the current setup that I hope to upgrade:

Use those same brackets but bend "horizontal" part so they'll be really horizontal.

Toyota components are bullet-proof. Issues often arise from poor wiring, assembly and/or maintenance. Suspect those first.
Next only to our senses, the multi-meter is the most important electrical diagnostic tool. Spend $6 at Harbor Freight or $$$ blindly replacing parts.
