Shocks/Traction Control

I'm wondering if tired shocks can upset the traction control system.
Recently, I have had the ABS system activate when in a tight turn and it is rather alarming !! Car has 150k miles under its wheels.

Bad shocks could trigger ABS. IF the wheel leaves the ground with the brake applied, the ABS will engage.

Clean the abs sensor and see if it helps.
