Just my 2 cents, but be careful heading down that road. You can make some money off parts, but it can also be a pain in the butt dealing with auction site, etc for sellable parts you aren't keeping. Plus storing them. Plus the time to pull them. Also, the yard may start taking off money they were going to pay for the car if too much is missing.
Not saying there isn't money in car parts, but it certainly isn't just free money. If it were me, I would stick to fuses, bulbs and relays. Maybe the battery if it's better than one in another vehicle you have. Floor mats if there is anything left of them. Jack never hurts. Screw jacks are great for then you're working on the vehicle and need to move stuff up and down a little. (like suspension while the rest of the vehicle is on jack stands.)
