NJ-4Runner will become famous soon enough
My minor lift with pictures and part numbers:

My overall goal was to fit the 265/75R16 tires with a small amount of ride height increase. Also I did not want the ride to be any stiffer than stock, which I really can't verify because the springs and shocks I took off the truck were so bad I can't use them for reference. The ride is a little stiffer than it was before with the old suspension. For the little amount of travel the stock geometry provides I wanted it to be as supple as possible. I will update the tread with hub-to-fender measurements later today. Tires are Mickey Thompson MTZ P3s on 2000 16" Tundra wheels.

Front:
Bilstein B8 5100 front shocks: 24-248730
I currently have the springs installed on the shocks at the second perch up from the bottom.
AC Delco 1999 tall front springs - 4WD with 16" wheels: 45H0368
The AC Delco front springs also had the driver's side marked so that was a nice touch, and they were only $57.
KYB front strut mount: SM5184

Rear:
Bilstein B8 5100 rear shocks: 24-249966
AC Delco 1999 tall rear springs - 4WD with 16" wheels: 45H2131
The AC Delco rear springs are progressive rate, and they were only $39.

Looks perfect with the 265/75's!

I'm ready to throw the Monroe QuickStruts and OESpectrum Garbage the PO put on in the trash. I want to lift just a little bit, at 6'3", my head hits the dang tailgate all the time. No problems with that on my 99 with the 1.5" spacer lift. But I don't want a spacer lift on top of these crap shocks/springs, so I'm going to replace it all.
