The gasket is fine, but like you said the head bolts need replaced.
I'm sure you know this, but for anyone that stumbles across this: when the FSM says 90 degrees plus 90 degrees that means torque all the head bolts in the torque sequence 90 degrees, then go back and torque them all another 90 degrees in the torque sequence again. Don't torque 90 degrees on the first bolt twice then go to the next bolt.
