I got to wondering just now how many parts would you have to replace before you would consider it being a different vehicle? My answer would be it depends on the timescale. If I replaced every single part, engine, frame, body, everything... I would still consider it "my" 4runner if I did it over a course of many years. There is a principle from systems theory called
emergent properties and I came to realize that "my 4runner" is essentially a hyperspacial phenomenon emergent from the sum of time/complexity I have input in to the individual parts. Some might argue well Repo, you sound like you may have been imbibing? To which I say indeed, but does this relegate my hypothesis as unsound? Ultimately I imbibe only in knowledge.
Anyway to keep this technical can anyone tell me what to do about going through 2 sets of front front stabilizer bar end links each year? I snapped another one yesterday (Masterpro K80380). I have been using longer 2nd gen rears on the front bar with 2.75" lift in the front.
