Alright, got the kit ordered (thanks @Team_Jake !), and trying to plan for the fun ahead:

First, I'm trying to accomplish the tank swap and retain the emissions controls for A) no CELs and B) passing local emissions tests (not Cali), so I'm trying to integrate/accommodate whatever's necessary to keep the computer from freaking out.

I have an '02, which has the obnoxious charcoal canister above where the spare normally sits. There's about a billion vacuum lines in and out of that thing, two of which connect to the fuel tank (tank vent valve and cutoff valve), and two of which connect to the filler neck.

The tank vent valve itself has a column that extends down into the stock tank. Everything on the stock tank is mounted (I think) well above the full level, i.e. it's not constantly submerged in fuel. Is there any danger swapping the Toyota tank vent valve assembly onto the F150 tank, where it will likely have most of that column under the fuel level?

The F150 tank has a small hole in the middle for the EMS valve; the Toyota cutoff valve is the equivalent to this, correct? Is there any reason not to just use the Ford EMS valve and connect it to the charcoal canister?

Checking back to see if anyone has installed with this kit, I'm picking up my F150 tank from HotMetalFab from @AssBurns rig.

Also, @Team_Jake , would you think this fuel pump would work fine with this kit? Quantum 340LPH Direct Drop-In Rear-Tank Fuel Pump Assembly for Ford 1990-1996, Replaces Airtex E2064MN

I'm supercharged and 100' elevation so I need all the fuel I can get.

As long as the pump has the same mounting locations for the sender and no obscure geometry gets in the way of the sender or the arm, then it should work without issue. From what I can tell from the photos, it should work.

Thank you. I might do this if the stock ford pump gives me issues.

Keep us updated if you do try this pump. I think we'd all like to have the option to switch pumps if the stock one proves to not be able to handle full throttle or a supercharger.
