My '97 has the springs you have mentioned, but with the 04 shocks front and the 27 shocks rear. No mention of spacers at time of sales/install.
Yes, there is lean. Coming from Land Cruiser FJ60's, I'm not motivated to do anything about it.
Stance when empty is a definite, but IMO moderate, rake. Load it with ≈500 pounds in the rear and middle, and the rake seems to be neutralized.
I'm pleased to have a truck that, once heavily loaded, doesn't drag its butt low and look overloaded.
I spec'd the springs with a heavy bumper in mind, but I've never added the bumper. The 881 springs in front and without a heavy added constant load yield a slight positive camber. No diff drop was used, and I've had no trouble from the [what I take to be] the original CV axles.
