And yes, getting the bench bleed on the master correct is necessary. It has a balance system in it that is required to get the front discs and rear drums to play nicely together.

You may also have some air in the ABS system that needs to be removed.

I'm in the middle of a brake bleeding saga myself. My brakes are back to about 80% of where they should be after a new master cylinder and Tundra front brakes. Need to re-bleed to get some air out of the ABS system at the moment.

Vacuum bleeder, though I have speed bleeders on the 4Runner now.

The LSP is on the rear of non-ABS 4Runners only. Not sure what BV refers to (probably part of the same non-ABS brake system).

Looks like all the key points have been mentioned including making sure the rear brakes are adjusted and purging the air in the ABS (if any).
Just did the 199 TBU, front SS and rear hose, and rear axle seals so I had to disconnect the rear cylinders. I had to bleed 3 times to get the "early" bite that one would expect with new brakes, even after the 2nd round the "travel" was long.
IMHO 2 man bleeding beats any of those one man systems! But I'm sure others will say their vac or gadget works better.

Last thing to tackle is to replace my rear drums, Les Sw tech messed up the turning so I'm looking for new drums.
