Seat patterns... “sport” leather vs “limited”

I have a 98 limited with worn out oak leather. Looking at the katzkin replacements but they are only offered in patterns to match the “base” and “sport” models... Katzkin does not offer an official “limited” replacement leather cover.

EDIT: From what I can tell, there were "base" and "sport" Buckets offered from the factory... does anybody know if the "limited" buckets are the same as "sport" buckets?

What I’m looking for are pics of you “sport leather” interiors (if that’s even a real thing!)

Or, any knowledge/insight as to the compatibility and/or variability of the upholstery patterns in the 3rd gens

Here's a couple of the 2000 SR5 with dealer installed leather seats.

I did a big old vid in 2017 about re-doing my 2000 lim leather seats. there are some really good options out on ebay.

these are the part numbers for pads... you want to address the pads or you will get an old wrinkled who lays around the pool all day look. some may like that?

71511-35050 pad
71551-35050 back

these are sport seats, I have used them several times... in fact I just ordered some brand new ones for the project truck I have right now...

I will be installing them under cloth seat covers on a 1998. the foams are pretty much the same no matter what, sport vs not sport. + seat heaters.

one of the points of confusion comes from the occupancy sensor.

ebay has a lot of good options if you want to go as cheap as possible.

I think so members have used these guys from Houston and had good luck.

'97 Sport cloth seats:

You can also check part number differences on toyodiy.com or other parts lookup sites. You'll want to check if the foam is different between "sport" option and the Limited seats.

I have a 99 SR5 with leather and those look like my seats, though I recovered my driver's seat already and put down new foam. Best $$ I've spent on the truck thus far.

OEM sport leather is the same as Limited leather.

The only difference(which really isn't) is that 96-00 Limiteds have the lumbar switch on the outer facing side of the seatback vs the Sport leather which has a manual lumbar lever on the inner facing side of the seatback.
