Then when i got it, i had to drill out all of the holes because they weren't big enough and nothing lined up. So look forward to that as well.

^My experience as well with the plate bumper. Had to ping him at the 3 month mark, and only then got a tracking number.
Once I got the bumper, I had to enlarge some holes, and add some shims at the mounting points as the set up was too sloppy (some said you have to use a big sledge to get the crossmember to slip over the frame, mine had plenty of slop).
Also had grind out the opening for the fog lights that I paid extra for, because the opening wasn't big enough. Grinding 1/4" thick steel is not my idea of fun, especially not for a $1000+ bumper.
The finish where the welds were ground is less than impressive. I contemplated doing body work on it, but decided not to.
It's an attractive bumper, but customer service and workmanship could use a lot of help.

I actually didn't mind the long wait time (it was exactly at the far range of what was promised) - my only complaint is with the quality. I expected much more than what I got for the money. It's (almost) enough to make me want to make my own bumper
