Shocks other than Bilstein?

Okay - first of all, please forgive me if this has been asked (I'm sure it has, I just can't find it) my search on here turned up nothing useful.

I am looking for some mid-grade (i.e. Rancho or Skyjacker) for a 2" lift on my 02 T4R. I am planning on the OME 2881 on front and OME 2906 on the rear and don't want to drop the coin for Bilstein 5100 shocks, if you can even find them in stock.

I am not finding any Rancho or Skyjackers for a 2" lift, only stock height. This is only light duty off road (hunting and camping), nothing too extreme.

Finally, any issue with the 2881 versus 2880? The 2906 says 2" and so does the 2881. The 2880 is only 1.5". I definitely don't want negative rake.

Thanks in advance.

I went kyb a few years back, with 99 talls .That only gives 1 inch of lift. That set up lasted about 60k , but note most of my roads are gravel. I have also grossly overloaded this rig and both rears are leaking....
I am upgrading soon to billies/tundras up front and lc springs with tokico in back for a 2.5 inch lift also needed for the extra weight of a plate bumper and winch soon to install those too.

I have never been a fan of Rancho,,,,have not used on a 4runner, but on other rigs. No experience with skyjacker.
