Transmission Slipping/Jerking at Low Speeds when applying gas?

Hey peeps,

I got my transmission rebuilt almost a year ago and it's been fine. Lately, I've noticed that if I 'floor it', not much flooring because it's a 2WD so I'm not really going anywhere, my RPM's raise but I go nowhere. I replaced my TPS as I was getting throttle issues. I have a CEL but I have yet to get it checked out.

Transmission is still under warranty.

I've also noticed that when I am going at a slight incline I am having issues getting to 40/50 MPH without having to fully press down on the gas, and that happened today. Even coming back from the store, I slowly have to get up to speed, if I press down too much or all the way I get the same thing, RPM's skyrocket, and the car jerks but goes nowhere.

Any ideas? ):

Read the CEL and correct it, if applicable to symptoms. If engine is OK, then visit trans shop, none of those symptoms are even close to normal. Luck.

Will do! That CEL is a pain in the ass. I replaced the TPS, took it to the shop, it tends to go away when it wants to, and comes back when it wants.

Yeah I would definitely take it back to the shop if its under warranty, especially if its starting to slip.

Alright peeps thank you for being patient with me.

After taking it to the shop and renting two different cars over these two weeks, one of them being a Jeep Wrangler (I went to the dark side for a bit since I couldn't get a RAV4). It was resulted in being Shift Solenoid E was bad and would not click when power was applied. Once replaced the vehicle would drive and shift normally with no changes in RPM's when accelerating at low or high speeds.

Now here's the weird part, even though he changed all three solenoids, he is still getting the PO770 code. My mechanic went ahead and checked all the terminals inside and out for any shorts or anything that can be throwing the computer off. Even replaced the computer too, still throwing the same code.

At this point I cannot afford to keep renting a vehicle as it is getting expensive, I'm going to bite the bullet and drive it for now. He did mention that the code can be caused by using 3rd party solenoids but I've read on here that it is not an issue. I'll pick up some OEM's in time but for now I need my vehicle back. ):
