I think you'll be alright to directly swap new pads in, and run it.
I would clean the dust up really well (as in use an entire can of brake clean lol), get it as immaculate as possible. Re-grease all of the pins and hardware with brake lube
Throw the new pads in and send it along. Should be ok. You can do some bedding drills once they're in to get the pads primed and ready
