Pad slap with low mileage brakes?

Previous owner put new pads and rotors on the fronts shortly before I bought it last month. He used nice Bosch rotors but whatever pads he put on are super dusty. I'm considering pulling those off and installing a better quality set but I was wondering if I need to resurface the rotors for better bedding of the pads and rotors. I'd rather not take any material off the rotors if I don't have to but I also don't want to cause squealing or anything.

I think you'll be alright to directly swap new pads in, and run it.

I would clean the dust up really well (as in use an entire can of brake clean lol), get it as immaculate as possible. Re-grease all of the pins and hardware with brake lube

Throw the new pads in and send it along. Should be ok. You can do some bedding drills once they're in to get the pads primed and ready
