Is this an aftermarket alarm?

Hi All, Just picked up my new to me 02 4Runner Sport. I will be making a build thread which I have always wanted to do but before I do that I am trying to figure out which alarm this is.

I thought it was just the standard keyless but after searching how to disable the horn portion and just leave the beep it may be one of the Gulf State packages, my confusion is that it isn't just the red button that I typically see.. I also cannot find any of the boxes for the R3000/3200 systems and do not have any of the other security lights, just this odd little fellow stuck on below the steering column.
It uses the standard black 4Runner remote with the lock/unlock/window button.

Here are some photos and a video of the locking and unlocking. The horn sounds sometimes and sometimes it does not.
Let me know your thoughts. Alarm Horn Lock Vid

Any idea which it is? Going to try and remove it then, not a fan of AM systems. Typically cause more issues than they are good for.

Anyone have a clue which system this may be? Going to call a few local car alarm shops and see if they have any experience with it or what they would charge to pull the system and leave the factory.

Follow the wires, see where they go.

There were countless systems in the 90s and they all varied in what and how the worked. My guess is most shops today wouldn't know but would just try and sell you a replacement.

Yeah my thoughts are that they will try to sell me one, but I did find a shop that is super reputable in the area and they said they will restore it to factory for $50. Not bad if it saves me the headache. Wiring is the hardest thing for me, never been good with it.

So I dug around the vehicle while giving it, its first full detail and found some documentation on the security system. It is the AL-100-H. So I found a wiring diagram and will be cutting it all out. Along with the janky sub the prior owner had installed. On the upside I did find all of the original documents included window sticker, warranty guide, and OEM Toyota towing wiring harness install booklets.
