R150 Compatability/Fitment Question - 3RZ vs 5VZ

I am currently working on amassing parts for an auto to manual swap. Anybody know if the R150 manual tranny/transfer out of a 4cyl Tacoma will swap right in, plug 'n' play on a 6cyl 4Runner? I know I need a bunch of other parts, and it's not exactly a "swap right in" but what I mean is will it bolt right up to the engine and can I use the driveshafts out of a 5spd 4Runner?

I am finding mixed info in my searches regarding this.

Thanks

I didn't know Toyota ever put the R150 in 4 cylinder Tacoma's. Are you sure it isn't a W59 transmission?

Yeppers, my bad- just came across that, wish I could delete the post lol. Can't find an R150F anywhere near me right now, just grasping at straws I guess.

Thanks for the reply!
