Softer Ride

Can someone tell me how I can soften the ride up on my 4Runner.
2000 4Runner Limited
Had lift and 285/75 R16 when I bought it. Not sure, guessing 3".
I installed Icon coil overs 58615, I think is the part #, front. Already had aftermarket upper control arms. Rear Icon Vehicle Dynamics 56514.
The ride is way to stiff when going off road. Thanks, Chris

Do you have E rated tires? they tend to be stiff. What springs do you have? may be lower rated spring might be an option. Do you'air down to like'15 pounds when off road?
