ECU tuning / programming question

Anyone know if you can tune or program the ecu to not throw evap system codes?

I have a 1996 4Runner that is more so an off road toy but I do drive it on the streets occasionally and it’s looking like I am going to delete the evap system

I don’t want to throw a CEL so I was hoping to be able to send my ECU some where and have it tuned and the evap system sensors deleted.

You can’t tune the 3rd Gen ECU.

You can get a stand alone system, and tune that, but that’s about it.
