Hood strut clip part # and diagnosis port

Does anyone know the part number for the clip that holds the hood strut? Mine broke, and I think its 90480-15028, but I can't quite tell... (pictured)

I was also wondering about Wa and Wb being jumped in my diagnosis port in the engine bay. Does anyone know what that's about?

Thanks

^^^ 1000x this. Took maybe an hour to install alone and is STILL some of, if not the best time and money I've spent on this damn car.
Ditch the prop and never look back
