Should I add a spacer or go up on a notch on the Bilsteins?

I didn’t get as much lift as I wanted. I only got around 1.5-2”, maybe. I have a 99 and hub-fender measurements are both at/right around 22”.

Should I add top plate spacers or bump up the shocks? I just want another inch or so.

Cost isn’t an issue here because I have access to a full shop.

Bumping up the shocks would be the best way probably. Could always add a one inch body lift. Cheap and easy. Helpful when working on your transmission too.
