Alright I used

trick of adding 90980 in front of the numbers printed on my OEM connectors and they came back a perfect match from local dealer so I picked up both coil pack and fuel injector connector housings I needed. I then ordered after market connectors with pig tails in case I botched the wire pins trying to get them out. Also ordered the 41 piece wire pin removal kit listed above. Armed with all those parts and my soldering iron I got to work.
Removed intake to gain access to connectors slipped the old connectors off since nothing held them on at this point. Laid a rag down under all the connectors...Then I took

que and smashed the old connectors making sure not to damage the pins
Re-pinned all parts with OEM connectors. Rockauto parts are in box with return shipping label. And I'll just hold on to the pin removal kit incase I need it one day since it was cheap.
Thanks all! Super easy fix!
