Decent replacement battery terminals that work!

I went through a few different sets and after a few Amazon returns, i came across a set that works just fine with our stock cables. Hopefully this saves someone time and inconvenience. Those screw on type are good to get you home but they are a pretty poor connection. Not really recommended except in a pinch. They leave your cable open for corrosion.

You'd be better off crimping a nice lug on the cable and using the Toyota style, then you'd be good for another 20 years.

If the price of the toyota terminal scares you, the exact same part can come from the nissan dealer for much less money.

I agree completely, just needed a new terminal in a pinch and went through a few other options that didn't fit the stock lug. Once it gets warm enough I'll get a proper setup!

Yes, those connectors are garbage. I think "The Eric the Car guy" once show a voltage drop just at the battery clamp.

Terminals replaced. The positive side was just a tad short hence the angle. I will be extending them soon as there is corrosion. Just waiting on parts.

I used SDHQ terminals. They are pricier than oem or what you'd find on Amazon, but they look amazing and are very functional. Here is the link: SDHQ Built Billet Battery Terminal Upgrade Kit

Not the same set I had ordered at first? But the mil spec I had gotten initially from Amazon snapped with very little tightening...

I ordered these as well but at the time they were 1-2 weeks out on shipping for me, hence me jumping on the shitties I posted here, and I needed them quick! I haven't installed the OEM's yet, but I will update when I do.

These are the ones I used when I added my auxiliary fuse box. You can clamp onto a post that screws into the side, or use one of the screw terminals integrated into it. They’re pretty sweet for adding power to your rig.

Did you ever upgrade your battery to AGM? Im wondering if the hood will close with these terminals mounted on my XPower AGM deep cycle battery? any obstructions with these?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated
